Ukraine on February 22 indicted anonymously networks Russia, for massive cyber-attacks targeting Ukrainian defense and defense safety. Ukrainian officials have not yet released any information about the cyber-attacks, nor the damage and impact they have caused.
The Council of Ukraine stated in a statement: “Addresses belonging to some Russian traffic networks were found to be the source of these coordinated attacks”. However, the Ukrainian authorities have so far not attributed the massive cyber attacks to a specific threat.
