No more Password based logins for Microsoft users

Microsoft is ready to offer a password less login to its users who opt to use their fingerprint or other authentication based software or hardware to have a secure login support.

In March this year, the feature was introduced to business users by the Satya Nadella led company and will be offered to all in the coming weeks.

Since users are showing no seriousness in crafting and while using passwords, Microsoft has taken a decision to go passwordless and offer an alternative login method for users to protect their privacy/s.

Security professionals have touted this move as a ‘bold’ decision taken by the Redmond giant. And support the decision of using the authentication app on their phones that provides a secure login.
