Microsoft released the September 2019 non-security Microsoft Office updates with improvements and fixes for the Windows Installer (MSI) editions of Office 2013, and Office 2016.
The updates are available for download from the Download Center or Microsoft’s Update service for manual installation. Additionally, they do not apply to the Click-to-Run versions of the Office apps, such as Microsoft Office 365 Home.
Depending on the update to be installed, users might also need to have previous updates such as a Service Pack installed on their devices, as is the case of some of the Microsoft Office 2013 update which requires the Microsoft Office 2013 Service Pack 1.
