The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has created a new database that reveals how and where police use surveillance technologies. The “Atlas of Surveillance” map began earlier this week as a collaboration between the EFF and the University of Nevada’s Reynolds School of Journalism. The “Atlas of Surveillance” is described as the largest collection of data that provides the ability to search for the use of surveillance technologies by the police.
