Kaspersky has released one decryptor for Fonix ransomware (XONIF) that allows victims to recover encrypted archives them for free. Fonix ransomware, also known as Xinof and FonixCrypter, began operating in the threat landscape in June 2020, having significantly increased its death toll since November of that year. Now, the cryptographer comes to untie the hands of the victims.
